SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

US ORDERS

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping for prints will typically take 1-3 business days to ship via USPS First Class Mail. Your purchase should arrive 4-5 business days after shipping.

Business days include Mon-Fri and exclude weekends and holidays.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories will have an additional surcharge for shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Products are shipped internationally via United States Postal Service International First Class. There is no estimated shipping arrival window. Charlie’s Mercantile cannot be held responsible for any issues with customs or international lost items.

LOST ITEMS OR ITEM NEVER RECEIVED

Your item will be able to be tracked via USPS. If the tracking number shows your item was delivered and you did not receive it, you will need to file a police report in order to process your return.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, you must send an email to cancel@charliesmercantile.com within 24 hours after the order was placed. please include your order number. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Once your order has been received and processed, no cancellations will be accepted.

RETURNS

This policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately your refund or exchange cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will process your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for shipping a return item. Item must be in the same condition it was mailed. If your returned item is damaged, your refund cannot be honored.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
